Excellent customer service
I accidentally ordered the wrong size by going back a page, I messaged them straight away to see if the order could be amended at all. I got an email back the following morning from a lovely lady at customer service called Vicki, the order had already been processed but she straight away sent out a new pair in the correct size with a return label for me to return the incorrect pair. Both pairs arrived the following day and the incorrect pair returned the same day. Excellent customer service especially at such a busy time of year.

Great for indoors and popping outdoors
Roomy warm and comfortable. Great sole for when you have to just pop outside. Well made, I'm sure they'll last for a long time.
