Fantastic customer service
As soon as found out Gumbies now do slippers we had to have a pair each, as we have been great fans of Gumbies flip flops, however in my haste to order I ordered the wrong size for my wife!! Nervously I made the call to Gumbies customer service, and without hesitation they arranged for the right size to be replaced and included a returns label for the wrong size pair within two days the right size arrived and we were able to return the other pair, really great service and so prompt

Second pair! Love them!
Lost one of my original pair which were still as good as new after quite a few years of almost constant use (kleptomaniac puppy has taken it somewhere) so these are a replacement. Great slipper, can’t fault them and I’m sure (puppy interference not withstanding) that I will get many years out of this pair too!

Great CS
Loved the slippers but way too wide for me, hence comfort level being shown as below par, they slipped off my feet. I therefore had to do my first return. Three previous purchases of flip flops all fine. The four stars are for ease of returning and the quickness of refund being issued. No fuss at all. I shall keep an eye out for future innovations of this great brand !
