All Gumbies orders ship within 2-3 business days from the order date. Your order should arrive at your doorstep within 2-10 business days, depending on your location and service. It may take longer during the holidays.

Remove the insoles before washing. Machine wash the slippers on the lowest temperature setting with a gentle spin. Wash the insoles separately by hand using warm water and a mild detergent, then leave them to dry naturally.

Do not tumble dry. Do not place slippers on a radiator, by a fire, near a heater, or in direct heat, as this may damage the felt, foam, sole, and adhesives. Allow them to air dry fully before wearing or storing.

Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated place. Avoid damp storage, sealed plastic bags, and prolonged direct sunlight. Some bobbling may occur naturally with felt; this can be gently removed with a fabric shaver.

Footwear materials naturally age over time. Rubber, EVA, foam, cork, and adhesives may dry out, weaken, crack, or become brittle if stored for long periods in heat, strong sunlight, damp conditions, or poor ventilation. To help extend the life of your Gumbies, keep them clean, let them dry naturally, and store them somewhere cool, dry, and well ventilated.
