Care Instructions

Spot clean with a damp cloth, warm water, and mild detergent. Avoid harsh chemicals, bleach, or abrasive cleaners. If the insoles are removable, wash them separately by hand and allow them to dry naturally.

Do not tumble dry or force dry. Keep away from radiators, fires, heaters, and direct heat, as this may damage the felt, lining, foam, sole, or adhesives.

Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated place. Do not store while damp or in sealed plastic bags. Avoid prolonged direct sunlight.

Footwear materials naturally age over time. Rubber, EVA, foam, cork, and adhesives may dry out, weaken, crack, or become brittle if stored for long periods in heat, strong sunlight, damp conditions, or poor ventilation. To help extend the life of your Gumbies, keep them clean, let them dry naturally, and store them somewhere cool, dry, and well ventilated.

Comfortable, but already coming unstitched

The slippers are comfortable and warm, but after only a month's wear, the stitching round the toes is coming undone.

Warm as toast

Absolutely love these slippers. They are so easy to put on and secure with the Velcro strap.
They are comfortable and cosy, keeping my feet warm and snug. Also easy to remove.
They look good as well. Very stylish.

JB Slippers

I bought these for my Mum for Christmas. She tried them on in September and wouldn’t give them back! Praise indeed from this 86 year old. They looked good on her and are secure which reduces risk of trips. Well worth the pennies 😊

UK13 fits small. I should have been warned by the EU size of 47 - should be 48 for proper UK13.
I thought they'd stretch just a little, so kept them. Unfortunately they don't "give" at all.
Feet get very hot, which some might feel a good thing, but not for me.

Not wearing well

This is the second pair of Gumbies I have purchased. The first pair was a pair of the Thredbo slipper boots which I found FAB.

The Quokka ones I am finding a little tough to live with. After a week or so Im not overall enjoying the velcro set up on the slippers. The velcro isn't longer enough for those who have smaller ankles and has started to pull the material away from the slipper. (Im not 100% sure these will last as long as my previous ones)

I wish they had put a lining into the slipper rather than just leaving them just the one layer so that you .

Overall I wish I had gone for the Ossa High slippers.
