All Gumbies orders ship within 2-3 business days from the order date. Your order should arrive at your doorstep within 2-10 business days, depending on your location and service. It may take longer during the holidays.

Spot clean with a damp cloth, warm water, and mild detergent. Avoid harsh chemicals, bleach, or abrasive cleaners. If the insoles are removable, wash them separately by hand and allow them to dry naturally.

Do not tumble dry or force dry. Keep away from radiators, fires, heaters, and direct heat, as this may damage the felt, lining, foam, sole, or adhesives.

Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated place. Do not store while damp or in sealed plastic bags. Avoid prolonged direct sunlight.

Footwear materials naturally age over time. Rubber, EVA, foam, cork, and adhesives may dry out, weaken, crack, or become brittle if stored for long periods in heat, strong sunlight, damp conditions, or poor ventilation. To help extend the life of your Gumbies, keep them clean, let them dry naturally, and store them somewhere cool, dry, and well ventilated.
